    Maison Framework™ provides strategic brand consultancy. We act as advisors. We do not guarantee specific financial results, as market conditions and client execution are beyond our control. The "Strategic Diagnostic" is an analysis product, and the "Visual Governance" is an advisory service.

  3. PAYMENTS
    All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

  • Strategic Diagnostic: Full payment of €1,500 is required upfront to secure the booking.

  • Visual Governance: Monthly retainer fees are billed automatically at the beginning of each service cycle.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Client Materials: You retain ownership of all materials you provide to us.

  • Maison Deliverables: Upon full payment, the specific strategic roadmap and audit reports delivered to you become your property.

  • Methodology: Maison Framework™ retains all rights to its proprietary frameworks, processes, and internal tools used to create the deliverables.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    To the maximum extent permitted by Romanian law, Maison Framework™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our strategies. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service.

  2. GOVERNING LAW
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.

At Maison Framework™, we sell time, expertise, and intellectual property. Unlike physical goods, these cannot be "returned." Therefore, we maintain a strict No-Refund Policy on services rendered.

  1. STRATEGIC DIAGNOSTIC (The €1,500 Audit)

  • Non-Refundable: The fee for the Strategic Diagnostic is 100% non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

  • Why? Immediately upon booking, our team begins the preliminary audit and research phase before the actual call takes place. The fee covers this preparatory labor and the reservation of the strategic slot.

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance via the link provided in your confirmation email. Failure to attend the call ("No-Show") without notice results in forfeiture of the fee.

  1. VISUAL GOVERNANCE (Retainer)

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly retainer with 30 days' written notice.

  • No Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months used.

    Refunds are only granted in the rare event that Maison Framework™ cancels the service due to our own inability to deliver.
